My partner and I had our wedding ceremony, reception and dinner at the Nicollet Island Inn (NII) in early September 2014. Sarah (NII Special Events Director) and her staff did an outstanding job exceeding our expectations with every detail. The venue, staff, food and service were all excellent. Sarah covered all the required details months, weeks, days leading up to our special day leaving us with nothing to worry about. Sarah provided guidance for each decision we had to make and the results were perfect. There are incredible places inside and outside the Inn for pictures. The Inn easily accommodates individuals with physical limitations (like my mother who was in a wheelchair). Access to/from the NII is very easy and there is also ample parking steps away from the front door (a detail you may not think about but one that was greatly appreciated by all our guest from the Minneapolis area as well as those from out of town). We could not say enough about having our event at NII. Great place, food, service, value for your money and people!
