Hello. I am Antonio Balbuena, a multi award winning Pastry Chef living near Minneapolis, MN. I graduated from The French Pastry School in Chicago. After graduating, I worked for The Peninsula Hotel Chicago and Wynn Hotels in Boston. Both luxury hotels that helped me develop my skills in creating beautiful and delicious cakes and desserts.
